Midweight Developer:

The developer will need a solid foundation in the following areas:

• General web application development
• Creating & consuming web services
• E-commerce
• Designing, Creating & Maintaining Relational Databases
• Web Application Security (Must know how to protect applications from SQL Injections & File exploit based attacks)

Essential Skills:

• C# ASP.Net (Must have at least 2-3 years experience with C#, and web application development in general)
• VB ASP.Net (Required for certain projects)
• ASP
• HTML
• CSS
• Javascript
• AJAX
• Microsoft SQL Server

Would be an advantage:

• PHP
• JQuery
• MySQL

The ideal candidate should be approachable, creative & able to handle a project on their own or with a team. A professional attitude is a must have.
